SOC 2 Type II — Successfully Completed
We officially passed our SOC 2 Type II audit again.
That means our security controls were independently validated across:
- Access management
- Infrastructure security
- Monitoring & logging
- Change management
- Operational processes
For our customers — especially growing and enterprise teams — this reinforces that HeyTaco is built with security as core infrastructure, not an afterthought.
Weekend Milestone Clarity
When a milestone falls on a weekend, it now clearly indicates it will be celebrated on the next weekday.
Applied in:
- Admin → Milestones
- Individual Settings
Why this matters:
No more confusion about “why didn’t this post?”
Recognition feels predictable and intentional.
Stickers No Longer Expire
After countless feedback from our community, we removed sticker expiration. If you unlock it — it’s yours to use. 🎉
Manual Redemption Option (For Admins)
Admins can now create manual redemptions.
This allows:
- Reducing a user’s redeemable taco balance
- Creating a record of redemptions fulfilled outside HeyTaco
- Better accounting consistency
- Admins to facilitate team members wanting to donate tacos to each other.
It gives admins more control without increasing complexity.
